One of our basses, DJ, has been singing with us for a long time. When we asked him to pick one of his favorite pieces from his time with RMCC, he chose “By the River I Lay Down” by Daniel Carter.
DJ said that he feels like this piece is a really unique and interesting exploration of grief. He also believes that it stands out musically in Daniel’s catalog in the way he explores different tonalities.
